Lovely ocean views, peaceful spa environment, close proximity to the ferry terminal

The check-in process could use some refinement!!! Room selections need clearer communication for larger groups!!! A convenience shop offering basic essentials would enhance the overall experience!!!

The place was exceptionally comfortable and spectacular, no complains at all, would recommend. The room was modest, huge and well priced, in good condition. The hotel was situated in the secluded location near Sekupang terminal. We could drink something at Ombak Bar, located 3 km away...

Patient staff members that provides the best customer service, brand-new and air-conditioned rooms. The outdoor restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Great choice for trip.

The staff's dedication to service is apparent, from smooth transportation to a fantastic view from our balcony. The kids adored the play area after breakfast, providing us precious moments of relaxation.

Accessibility can be an issue, given the lengthy walks and stairs between the check-in area and the villas. Food choices limited to two restaurants may disappoint those seeking variety.

Location: the hotel was not far from the surprisingly deep lagoon, a temporary restaurant on a grassed area overlooking the ocean and the sea. I ate at the in-house restaurant near the property. Booked a room with exceptional views to the sea and the Singapore skyline.

Had very nice stay for family vacation and the weather was clear. It was well priced. The breakfast was delicious and wonderful with fresh waffles, amazing view, loved what was offered.

Breakfast sufficient, location very good. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

The bungalow was extremely small.no storage space or cupboards for things available.you had to live out of a suitcase.the stairs in the complex are not suitable for older people.

The resort's ambiance is serene, with a lovely atmosphere and excellent facilities, including a big swimming pool. Staff members are welcoming, and the free shuttle service is a fantastic convenience. Navigating stairs can be a challenge, and the food service was occasionally slow.

The room that was made for my stay there was marvellous. I would definitely return to stay at ktm again on my next visit. Thumbs up. Otherwise, the one night stay was excellent.

The swimming pool is filthy and I am sure there are room for improvement as there are future expansion in the facilities that was indicated on the map given by the friendly staffs. Transaction over the counter could have been expedite much efficiently with the number of staffs present at the counter, improvement on the approach of customers should be improved too.

The staff was attentive. The breakfast had a good selection, especially the fresh pastries and local dishes. We enjoyed the fine sea view from our beautiful villa. The pool area was serene, perfect for a family getaway.

The limited dining variety was disappointing.
